Manufacturing software development services from clipboards to live data.

Hoop Interactive builds shop floor apps, production dashboards, quality and traceability tools and B2B ordering portals for small and mid-sized manufacturers. We connect them to your ERP and machines step by step, so you see what’s happening on the floor without a multi-year MES project.

Where Time Goes

Most factories don’t lack data. It’s just on clipboards.

In small and mid-sized plants, work orders are printed, output is written on whiteboards, quality checks live in binders and orders arrive by email. By the time numbers reach a spreadsheet, the shift is over and the problem has already cost money.

  • 01

    No live view of production

Supervisors walk the floor to find out what’s running and what’s stuck.

  • 02

    Downtime without reasons

Stoppages are noticed but rarely logged, so the same problems repeat.

  • 03

    Slow traceability

Finding which lot went to which customer takes hours of paperwork.

  • 04

    Orders retyped into the ERP

Customer emails and PDFs copied by hand, with errors.

  • 05

    Our approach

Start with tablets on one line, connect to your ERP, then expand to machines, quality and customer portals.

Manufacturing software we build.

Custom manufacturing software development for the gaps your ERP leaves.

You may not need a full MES.

Many manufacturing software pages lead with large MES programmes. For many smaller plants, targeted tools deliver most of the value much sooner.

Khayest was not starting from zero. It already had a broad beauty catalogue, customer demand and strong commercial intent. But fragile technology, manual stock handling and weak marketing attribution were capping how far the business could grow — we rebuilt the storefront, automated inventory and connected SEO, paid acquisition and social into one engine.

Manufacturing software questions

About our manufacturing software development services. Ask us anything else.

A manufacturing software blueprint starts from $3,500. A focused tool such as digital work orders, a production dashboard or a quality app starts from $15,000, and connected shop floor and portal platforms from $35,000. Hosting, devices and ERP connector fees are billed to your own accounts.

Not always. A full manufacturing execution system suits complex, high-volume plants. Many small and mid-sized manufacturers get most of the benefit from a few targeted tools: digital work orders, production tracking, quality checks and traceability, connected to their ERP. We start there and grow only if needed.

Usually not. We integrate with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or QuickBooks so orders, materials and finished goods stay in sync, and build the shop floor and customer tools the ERP doesn’t handle well.

Often, yes. Newer machines can share data over OPC UA or MQTT, and older ones through PLC gateways or simple sensors. Where machine data isn’t practical, operators log counts and downtime reasons on tablets, which is quicker to start.

Yes. We build lot and batch tracking from raw materials to finished goods, with records you can search quickly for audits or recalls, designed around the food safety or industry rules your team identifies, such as FDA traceability requirements.

Yes. Customer-specific pricing, reorders, order status, documents and invoices in one portal, connected to your ERP so your team stops re-entering emailed orders.

Yes. Inspectors capture photos and measurements on tablets with pass or fail results, and where it makes sense we add computer vision to flag visible defects, after testing accuracy on your own images.

A first shop floor tool usually goes live in 6 to 12 weeks, starting with one line or area. Connected platforms roll out in phases over several months, planned around production schedules.

Not yet a dedicated factory project. Our closest work is in inventory automation for an ecommerce brand, partner portals and field apps on a shared database for a service business, and computer vision for image analysis. We’re happy to start with a small, fixed-price pilot.
