RPA Software Development Services

RPA software development that doesn't break every month.

Hoop Interactive builds robotic process automation for the repetitive work your team does in systems that have no API, and uses APIs and AI wherever they're more reliable. The result is automation that keeps running when screens change, with people only handling the real exceptions.

RPA is one tool, not the whole toolbox.

RPA vendors automate everything with screen bots. We use the most stable option for each step.

Use First

API integration

Systems talk directly. Fast, reliable and cheap to run.

Sync orders from Shopify to your accounting system
Then

Workflow automation

Connect cloud tools with triggers and rules.

New form entry creates a CRM contact and Slack alert

RPA bot

Software that uses screens like a person, for systems with no other way in.

For Judgement

AI agent

Reads, classifies and decides when the input varies.

The RPA Problem Nobody Mentions

Most RPA programmes stall on maintenance, not building.

A bot that works on launch day can fail the next time a vendor updates a screen or changes a login. Without design for change, teams end up spending more time fixing bots than the bots save.

  • 01

    Fragile screen selectors

We use stable identifiers and APIs wherever possible, not pixel positions.

  • 02

    Silent failures

Every step is validated, and failures raise an alert instead of entering bad data.

  • 03

    No place for exceptions

Unusual cases go to a human queue with context, so the rest keeps flowing.

  • 04

    Nobody owns the bots

Monthly health checks and fixes when your systems change.

  • 05

    Built for change

Automations designed to be monitored, maintained and gradually replaced with APIs.

How we differ from a typical RPA development company.

Many RPA vendors are resellers of one platform. We start from the process, not the licence.

FAQ

RPA & process automation questions

About our RPA software development services. Ask us anything else.

An automation assessment starts from $2,500. A first production automation for one process starts from $8,000, and a multi-process automation programme with AI and monitoring from $25,000. RPA platform licences such as UiPath or Power Automate are billed to your own account.

Robotic process automation means building software bots that use applications the way a person does: clicking, typing, copying data between screens and reading documents. It is most useful for systems that have no API.

Use an API whenever the system offers one, because it is faster and far less fragile. Use RPA when the only way in is the user interface, such as older desktop software, portals without APIs or government websites.

We work with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate when you already use or prefer them, and build open-source Python automations with Playwright when licence costs or flexibility matter more. We recommend the tool in the assessment.

Bots break when screens, fields or logins change. We use stable selectors, APIs wherever possible, validation checks after each step, alerts on failure and a human exception queue, and we offer monthly maintenance to keep bots current.

RPA follows fixed steps reliably. AI agents handle steps that need judgement, such as reading an unusual email or deciding where a document belongs. The best automations combine both, with AI deciding and RPA or APIs executing.

High-volume, rule-based tasks with digital inputs: invoice entry, order processing, data migration, report generation, reconciliations, account updates and onboarding checks.

A single, well-defined process usually goes live in 3 to 6 weeks, including testing with real data and a supervised first run.

It can be. Bots get their own least-privilege accounts, credentials are stored in a secure vault, every action is logged, and sensitive data is handled according to your policies.
