QalbSync needed a single cross-platform app covering habit tracking, analytics, calendar integration, and a full account system, launched on both iOS and Android from one codebase. Our development team built it in Flutter; the same agency handled the design system, the branding, and the app's discoverability after launch.

We built it in Flutter, designed the full visual identity through our product design process, and handled discoverability through mobile app marketing and ASO.

One app, multiple tracking types, two platforms
QalbSync’s concept required several distinct habit types — prayer completion, Quran recitation, meditation-style reflection (Muraqaba), and general good deeds — all tracked in one coherent data model rather than as separate bolted-on features. Each needed its own progress visualization without the app feeling cluttered.
On top of the tracking logic, the brief called for a visual identity that felt authentic to a specific cultural and religious audience rather than a generic wellness-app template, plus a full account system — verification, profile editing, feedback, account deletion — built to the same polish as the core tracking screens.

A single Flutter build, engineered for one coherent product
We built QalbSync in Flutter, letting one codebase ship a fully native-feeling app to both the App Store and Google Play. The habit-tracking engine was architected to handle multiple tracking types — prayer, recitation, reflection, custom habits — on a shared data model, so adding a new habit type doesn’t mean rebuilding the analytics layer underneath it.
Through our product design process, we built a custom visual identity: an Arabic calligraphy wordmark, a deliberate green-and-cream palette, and a set of custom icons representing prayer, dhikr, and communal gatherings, applied consistently from the splash screen through settings.
