Selling a live conversation or a personalised service sounds simple until money and time are involved. Who has paid? Has the creator accepted? When does a timed session start and stop? What happens if the buyer disconnects, or the creator cancels? When chat, payments and order tracking live in separate tools, every one of those questions becomes a manual job.

BlissChat needed explicit lifecycle states for orders and sessions, a wallet that never double-spends, payouts for creators and affiliates, protection against abuse, and a public site that search engines and buyers could find.

One platform for discovery, purchase and live conversation

We built the buyer and creator experience in React 19 on top of Django REST and WebSocket services. Realtime conversations show presence, notifications and order cards tied to the credits wallet, so the service being paid for is always visible inside the chat itself, and the app reconnects to live conversations when a connection drops.

Buyers fund a credits wallet with Stripe cards or Confirmo crypto payments, then order either a fixed-price service or a time-based session. Orders move through acceptance, active work and completion, with atomic credit transfers, cancellation refunds and live pause and resume for timed sessions.

Background workers handle timers, notifications, emails and scheduled payout work. Creator earnings and affiliate commissions have separate payout administration, while referral tracking follows clicks, signups, orders and VIP subscriptions through to earnings and payout ledgers.
